About Abi
With a focus on helping clients recover from injury, reduce pain, and get back to doing what they love, Abi offers sports massage, Kinetic Chain Release, cupping, and both athletic and K-Taping. Known for being an attentive listener, she takes the time to truly understand each individual, creating treatments that are tailored, effective, and supportive. As a keen athlete, she understands first-hand what the body needs to recover well and what makes an effective sports massage. She is committed to continually developing her skills and bringing new techniques into her practice.
Abi holds an HND in Sports Therapy from Edinburgh College and is currently progressing her studies in Sports Rehabilitation at Queen Margaret University. She combines strong clinical knowledge with a genuine passion for helping people feel and move better. Her interest in sports injuries and performance has led her to work with the Scottish Rugby team in preparation for the Six Nations and the Women’s World Cup, as well as supporting the Heriot-Watt University men’s 1st rugby team.
Her approach is centred around evidence-informed care, combined with a friendly and down-to-earth style that helps clients feel comfortable and confident throughout their recovery.
Outside of the clinic, Abi is a keen cyclist who has cycled halfway around the globe. She also enjoys mountain biking, spending time in nature with her son, learning to surf, and music. Most of all, she enjoys being around a campfire with friends—old and new—making the most of good company and the outdoors.
